Thank you so much for your ongoing support, sharing and signing of this petition. 

Recently, my second request for an inquest with NSW State Coroner for my daughters Ophelia and Tarrow’s deaths was turned away with no other reasoning but it is an ‘accident’.

What haunts me every single day is the lack of answers and the absence of a proper investigation that treats my children's lives as if they mattered.

How is it possible that two innocent children can die, and there is no thorough examination of the circumstances that led to their deaths? 

Thank you for supporting me in my quest for an inquest, a comprehensive and transparent investigation into the fire that claimed the lives of my beautiful daughters. My daughter and I cannot move forward until we have the answers we desperately need. We owe it to Ophelia and Tarrow to seek justice and prevent such a tragedy from happening again. 

For those who haven't yet, please email the Attorney General on our behalf with the request that an inquest happens to examine the dangers that caused my children’s deaths. This can hopefully prevent any other children’s lives from being carelessly taken away.

My children’s lives mattered. All children's lives matter. We need to be the voice that speaks on their behalf because their voices were taken away.
