Hello Supporters,

This is an update on the Judicial Review application filed by the Protecting Our Vancouver Aquatic Center Society. In pursuance of their legal challenge of the Park Board and Vancouver City Council’s decisions to proceed with the 25m pool at the VAC, they submitted a Freedom of Information application to the City. The Society released the information they received today and their analysis of it.
