George Stone started this petition to Consumer Affairs Victoria and

My Moovers is a dodgy removal company!
They have lied and cheated countless innocent people out of their hard earned money. They overcharged me, and caused thousands of dollars in damage. I made countless attempts to contact the office via phone and email, but all they do is pass you over from one person to the next, and then finally block you. I have since found out that I am not the only one.

The company is a fraudulent company whose entire business operation is run by taking advantage of people and lying and cheating.

- They claim to have multiple depots around Melbourne, including Dandenong, Nunawading and Burnley. This is flat out false! They have no such depot and operate out of an apartment block at, 4/75-77 Tram Rd, Doncaster. The reason why they do this is to avoid being served with Court summons and notices.
- The trucks they have on the road are unregistered and not road worthy.
- They hire indian students on well below minimum wage and over work them. Some of them doing upwards of 80 hours a week and earning less than $15 an hour. Just plain exploitation. No wonder there are damages on the jobs, the poor guys are over worked.
- They claim to have insurance, this is blatantly false.
- The owner Ajay Singh had a previous company that would operate in the same fashion called Melbourne Quick Removals, but that company was shut down. Proving he has done this before, this time under a different company.
- They have false reviews on all their platforms.

The company has obligations under the 'Australian Consumer Law', but they don't seem to care. This has been going on for too long, families being robbed blind, no reimbursements for damages, overcharging, and being deceitful.

The purpose of this petition is to get 100 signatures from people that have used this company and been cheated. Once we receive the required signatures, we will forward all correspondence to consumer affairs and all related bodies and will initiate a class action against them. Together we can bring them to account.
