​Direct Outreach: We will contact you to begin the application process for a job and a sponsored house within the new development.

​Vetting & Interviews: All offers are subject to a formal interview and vetting process. This includes a review of your CV (where applicable), skill-set matching, and a mandatory background check to ensure the safety and security of our community.

​The Pioneer Group: We are looking for those who are ready to work hard and uphold the values of the Sultanate. The first 10,000 are our "Pioneers," and we must ensure our foundations are built by those with integrity.

​The Plan: This first piece of land is where we start. We will add more land in stages. As the project grows, more jobs and houses will be offered to the people on this list.

​Important Legal Notice:

This is a Private Sovereign Project. We are not part of the government, and we do not use government money. Every job, house, mosque, and soup kitchen is sponsored by the Sultanate and our private partners. This is a new way to build a future based on dignity and hard work.
