The Issue

To All United States Citizens, State Representatives, and Federal Officials:

We Deserve Answers: A Call for Air Quality Transparency, Environmental Accountability, and Drone Activity Disclosure

Americans across the country — from New Jersey to California — are asking questions that deserve real answers. This petition represents the voices of everyday citizens who are concerned about what is in our air, what is happening in our skies, and what our government knows that we don't.

Our Concerns

Air Quality Monitoring: Current air quality reporting in the United States is inconsistent, infrequent, and often inaccessible to the average citizen. Many communities — particularly in densely populated states like New Jersey — lack real-time, granular air quality data. Residents report unusual hazy skies, persistent atmospheric conditions, and odors that do not align with official explanations. We believe every American has the right to breathe clean air and to access accurate, independently verified data about what they are breathing.

Environmental Transparency: Citizens have a fundamental right to know what substances are present in their air, water, and atmosphere — and to have that information delivered by accountable, independent agencies without political filtering. We call for expanded atmospheric testing, publicly accessible results, and transparent reporting of all government and contractor activities that may affect environmental conditions.

Drone Activity Transparency: Over the past two years, unexplained drone activity has been reported hovering over residential neighborhoods across multiple U.S. states. Despite widespread public concern, local and federal officials have provided little to no clear explanation about who is operating these drones, for what purpose, and under whose authorization. Americans deserve full disclosure.

What We Are Asking For

  • Mandatory, real-time public air quality monitoring in all U.S. states, with results published in plain language
  • Full federal disclosure of all authorized drone operations over civilian areas, including agency, purpose, and flight records
  • Independent atmospheric testing conducted by third-party agencies and made publicly available
  • Congressional hearings on environmental transparency and citizen access to atmospheric data
  • Stronger legal protections ensuring citizens are notified of any government or commercial activity that may affect local air or environmental quality

Our Bold Proposal: A 30-Day Moratorium

We, the people, formally propose a 30-day suspension of all atmospheric aerosol spraying programs and geoengineering operations — including any active cloud-seeding, weather modification, or atmospheric intervention programs currently authorized at the state or federal level.

During this 30-day period, we call for:

  • Independent air quality sampling conducted before, during, and after the moratorium by third-party scientists
  • Atmospheric monitoring of particulate matter, including aluminum, barium, and other compounds, with results made fully public
  • Weather pattern observation — documented and reported transparently — to allow citizens and scientists alike to assess whether current atmospheric anomalies, erratic weather events, unusual storm frequency, or sky conditions change measurably during this window

We are not asking for much. We are asking for 30 days and the truth.

If the patterns persist unchanged, we will have our answer. If they do not — the American people deserve to know why.

We Are Not Asking for Much — Just the Truth

We are not extremists. We are parents, teachers, veterans, farmers, and neighbors. We simply believe that in a democracy, citizens have the right to ask questions and receive honest answers from those who govern them.

We do not consent to opacity. We demand transparency, accountability, and the protection of our health and environment for generations to come.
