Steve Lee Parish .... for some reason when people blame someone for Katelyn's death the say the whole family ....They put distant family that was not around 24 /7.... It amaze that people think that distant family members have no life.... I have a 8 year old grand daughter.... She was in mine and Marie's life .... Those times I was at Tammy's house and seeing Katelyn their were no visible signs of abuse, bruises, ect.... I talked to Katelyn and not one time did she say anything out of the ordinary or that something was wrong....This was about 1 1/2 or so years ago .... If I had of seen any sign of abuse I would have stepped up and questioned it more.... No one came to me asking for help not one time.... Then I seen on Facebook that Katelyn was.in the hospital but never heard anything of the reason why.... The it happen .... I seen the videos of Katelyn and her dress attitude and the way she acted and the first thing that I thought of was goth cult.... That is exactly what the are cult.... I questioned Tammy about that and Katelyn had told her was so she could fit in at school.... Katelyn received her cell phone as a early Christmas present 5 Dec 16.... In my opinion it was like a light switch turned on and her life from then on was the phone and internet.... Katelyn got caught up with the wrong people and wrong Webb sites that I know ....as you see Katelyn kept what she was doing on line hid from Tammy but Tammy should have been more diligent in checking up on what she was really doing.... I know their were multiple people in her life that made her go down the wrong path.... It is true that when Katelyn changed from day to night over night Tammy should have dug into what she was doing..... I questioned about her being groomed and now I know she was being groomed .... I questioned all the Webb sites she was on and know now that some were for pedofile are on them lurking just trying to find a young girl alone, abused trying g to make her think that they are the only real friends they have in life.... The week leading up to what Katelyn done something happen that was not videoed and then from the last two days something put her over the edge on the 30 Dec 16.... What ever that was even though it might have been deleted it is still on the phone.... So when people say the whole family they need to specify which because Marie and I had no knowledge of what was going on, and for the grave site being beautiful, I will make sure that I try to make it look good because I was not in Katelyn's life like her immediate family should have been they should have seen the signs but for some reason they did not.... I do not want to get into a pissing contest arguing trying to defend Marie and I .... Putting flowers on the Cematary plot does not make me feel good because I could not of been in Katelyn's life with us having a granddaughter but that will not and no one will not keep me from trying to do right now.....
