Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the sitting President of Nigeria. Over the years, questions have been raised about U.S. government investigations and records concerning him, including the 1990s forfeiture proceedings involving $460,000 in funds.

Tinubu has denied wrongdoing, and he was not criminally convicted in that case.
