Are you also fed up with a company big as Google:

• removing your genuine reviews based on arbitrary guidelines without any meaningful justification?
• saying you can edit and re-submit or send them for an appeal, but then them rejecting your review again automatically?
• rejecting your clearly legit change referring to them not being able to verify it? 
• limiting your account when you ask for help?
• not having a way to leave meaningful feedback?
• even if feedback is left, ignoring it?
• not having a decent and approachable human customer support?
• not having a reliable process and team in place to review and approve your legit changes?

We demand Google to:

• provide and pinpoint exact reasons and clear guidelines per each case and justification on their rules automatically per related to each case
• create and put an actual human team in place which approves appeals and looks up/researches facts related to changes
• create and publicly share an easily accessible phone and email contact, where a human and non-automated customer support team can be reached world wide, 24/7
• create a world wide, publicly accessible portal, where users can be heard and can leave feedback, and users can follow the development based on their feedbacks in real-time
• improve their AI to reduce these errors and make Google Maps liveable
• develop and put QoL improvements in place to make the Google products experience worthy of the 21st Century
• listen to and to open towards the community more and take suggestions seriously to develop better products together
• treat users in a better way
