Dear all December is nearly finished and so far we did not hear any development on the ACC! Is Risa Weinstock going to maintain her promise? Will 2016 bring about a No Kill shelter? Let them hear what we think about the massacre they keep doing each day! please spread the world around and help us letting know the government people what we think about kill shelters!
