Zack has been located. Our family can begin to heal. We are still asking for change. We still need your help to get attention to this cause in hopes our lawmakers will see how important this is to the people of Washington State and create legislation in Zack's honor. I have reached out to lawmakers via email and have not gotten any response. We need as much community support as we can get if we have any hope of getting their attention.
