We call on the immediate eviction of unlawful occupants Ncumisa and Monde Ngalman
The Issue
In our cherished community of Delft South, a disturbing injustice has brought people together in a shared cause. We, as a community, have witnessed a dear member being displaced from her very own home No 45 Ives street, Delft South 7100. She is a mother striving to provide a secure environment for her children, and now faces the heartbreaking reality of being unable to live in the home that legally belongs to her.
This is not just an isolated event but a story that has touched many of us who believe in justice, fairness, and the rule of law. The property in question has been unlawfully occupied by individuals who have no legal right to reside there Namely Ncumisa and Monde Ngalman. This wrongful occupation disrupts the peace and unity of our neighbourhood and puts undue stress on a family that deserves to be together in a space they call their own.
To regain what has been taken unlawfully, we are demanding immediate action to remove these unlawful occupants. Our community believes in the due process of law and respects everyone's right to fair treatment, but this illegal occupation cannot continue. It violates not only the rights of the homeowner but also the community's sense of justice and order.
The emotional and financial strain on this family is palpable. They, like anyone else, deserve the stability, love, and comfort of their home. The legal documentation supporting the homeowner’s claim is clear, and it is imperative that local authorities assist in enforcing this rightful ownership.
We urge the concerned authorities to act swiftly and justly. The quicker we resolve this unfortunate situation, the sooner our community can restore the harmony and a family's rightful homecoming can happen.
Sign this petition to show your support for immediate action to remove with immediate effect the unlawful occupant. Stand with us in ensuring that justice prevails and a mother and her children can return to the home that is rightfully theirs. It is time to uphold the law and protect our community’s integrity. Amandla !!!! Qina mhlali qina!!!!
