The National Sports Centre, located in the heart of Crystal Palace Park, is a much loved part of the local community and South London.

Thousands of us have trained, played sports and built lifelong memories there over the years.

Many aspiring athletes have gone on to start their professional careers after training at the NSC, and the venue has even welcomed all time sporting greats such as Usain Bolt and many others through its doors. 

The NSC is a huge source of both local and national pride!

And at a time when sport is helping to bring our country together and to get us through such difficult times, we should be celebrating this iconic venue and seeing it go from strength to strength.

Instead, the recent news of how parts of the centre have fallen into disrepair has caused tremendous concern and disruption within the local and sporting community.

That is why we ask you to please sign, share and support this petition to call on the GLA to urgently increase and accelerate investment in our National Sports Centre.
