Hello!!! It’s been a while since I’ve put an update here - the petition hand in some time ago had a frustrating response from Government and I’ve struggled to redirect signatures in support to the Governments website e-petition to force a debate in parliament:

Feeling deflated I came across the legal proceedings started by two Dads, Will & Pete and decided this might be our only option for meaningful change!  With permission from my daughter who like Flossie in the linked article below, had experienced some significant harms due to smartphones in schools - I have joined forces and join as a claimant.

These petitions and the government’s inadequate reply is part of my evidence in how our Government have continually ignored calls to better safe guard school children, for that reason I will keep both petitions live for reference for the judges - so you can come along on the journey with me and I’ll keep posting updates here 💪
