Yesterday was a fantastic day!  Supporters and families headed to London to hand in the petition.  Not as a final number but as a message to the Prime Minister this needs his attention urgently and that we are calling for action.  If we don't get that action in the coming months... We will head back with growing support in numbers if needed!

Watch it here!

The risks are real: cyberbullying, harmful content, non-consensual photo's and filming, exploitation by predators, pornography, violence, misinformation and just distraction by addictive technology increasing truancy is part of everyday childhood now. No single device is worth that risk - not even to “track” a child - use bus pass, not even to scan educational resources.

Schools have unintentionally helped normalise this. When educational apps and permissive smartphone policies become standard, we send the message: this is acceptable — even expected.

Some argue the we need to teach resilience and kids communicate this way now but as adults, educators, policymakers, and guardians, we must confront a painful truth: Smartphones are not just tools. They are portals, to risk, exploitation, and harm. We are failing generations by allowing these harms to become embedded features of their daily lives.

This petition isn’t just about smartphones in schools. It is a demand for moral leadership. What kind of childhood do we want for our children? What future are we shaping if we continue to look away?

The time to act is long overdue - Keep Sharing & Keep advocating to reclaim childhood!  Thank you
