We are Animal Alliance and we are hoping for your kind support by signing our petition. Our petition is to ask Facebook to remove and ban all FREE PET, FREE DOG and FREE TO GOOD HOME groups. There are hundreds of these groups, each with thousands of members. 
These innocent and helpless animals are being given away to strangers using fake profiles, fake names and fake addresses. 
As an animal rescue we are seeing first hand the devastation these groups cause for the free animals. Animals are being used as bait, being abused, being neglected and being dumped. Dog fighting and bait dogs are at an all time high and these groups are enabling abusers and baiters to source animals easily with no checks and no repercussions. 
Facebook does not allow animal selling posts so why do they allow these dangerous groups? 
please support us in our efforts to protect these animals from ending up in neglectful homes with no vet care, with backyard breeders, animal abusers, pet peddlers and dog baiters 🐾
