Since many days, users of Indian crupto-currency trading exchange Wazirx have been facing issues with fund transfers to Wazirx from their bank accounts via NEFT/IMPS/UPI. The funds get debited from the bank accounts, but do not get credited to Wazirx. Moreover, the funds are not refunded back to the customer's accounts as well. The emails written to Wazirx and complaints on social media are unanswered, and there is no customer helpline too. Many users have faced tremendous losses due to not being able to buy coins at right prices owing to this issue. 

We want Wazirx to attend to our complaints and immediately refund the amount to our bank accounts.
