A white coat ceremony is an important rite of passage for medical students, one that so many have dreamed of since committing to this career. The Wayne State School of Medicine Class of 2025 started their journey into medicine in the midst of a pandemic, yet have not had the chance to be celebrated in this unique way. They have watched their peers at the pharmacy school as well as the Class of 2026 medical school class be coated (both well deserved!) from the sidelines. It is time to celebrate the achievements and resilience of the Class of 2025, and there is no better way of doing so than a White Coat Ceremony.
