We (The Detroit Lacquer Club) as a part of Detroits artist community and supporters of WSU and Detroit would like to paint a tribute mural on Wayne State University Campus paying tribute to Sgt. Collin Rose . Detroit Lacquer Club and its artist team feel that this mural will be a great tribute for a man that Not only was a officer for WSU  , but also is a local role model for others , a man individuals looked up to. Whether it was through his charity work he did for families of fallen police officers via the UNITY TOUR, or whether it was through the children he helped , or the dedication and honor he brought to the Wayne State Police and the Detroit Police department.
