Rescue neglected dogs and puppies in Dalton, OH

The law enforcement of Dalton, Ohio seems to be "afraid" of this man - and is letting him do whatever he wants to do. His name is: Larry Sidel. His address is 18072 Goudy Rd. Dalton, Ohio. He has dogs/puppies running all over the community, since they are not contained. The dogs are all inbred, mangy, lack of food.  Last night one of the puppies was found dead in the middle of the road.  We actually have a picture of the mother trying to nurse the pups in the MIDDLE of the Road! Last year, he tied a horse up to a pole in the yard without food and water and it died. It was said to be investigated but nothing came of it. This man should not be allowed to have animals since he doesn't take care of them.As an animal lover  I cannot let this be ignored. Wayne County humane society has been contacted, and they stated they would go out with the sheriff dept (since they are saying the man is dangerous) - but they have not taken any measures to rescue the dogs. This situation needs to be addressed now - while some of the puppies are still alive!

Apparently they eat out of the garbage. Last night one of the puppies was found dead in the middle of the road. I am guessing they are about 8 weeks old. We actually have a picture of the mother trying to nurse the pups in the MIDDLE of the Road! Last year, he tied a horse up to a pole in the yard without food and water and it died. It was said to be investigated but nothing came of it. This man should not be allowed to have animals since he doesn't take care of them.I am such an animal lover that I cannot let this be ignored.
