Wayne County Animal Shelter wasn't responsive to calls before or during Hurricane Florence. A volunteer accepted rescued animals, at a temporary shelter. 

Now they're arrested her, for an unlicensed shelter and for administering over-the-counter drugs.

This was a time of the disaster and she saved those animals. Ridiculous. Drop the damn charges.
