Today on August 8th, 2020 there were a car full of kids that were being followed illegally from our local Wal Mart that were on there way to a football game. Their parents called and had told them to come back home for breakfast. Little did they know what their day was going to turn into. An officer by the name of Scott Rowell followed these children ages between 9-16 from Wal Mart to near their residence near Greenwood Street. The oldest which was the driver never saw any lights and proceeded to let his siblings out of the car and the officer began shooting at the 9,12, and 14 year old kids. The driver of the car was manhandled and pistol whipped in the head. They would not even call for an ambulance. We want change and we have to be the ones to see through for the change we want to see. Please help sign this petition for the immediate removal of Scott Rowell, Chief of police Tommy Cox and other corrupt officers in this department.
