There's real discussion at Council and in the media about controlled, safe, socially distanced access to the ocean at Bondi and Eastern Suburbs beaches. We are currently at 906 signatures but I'm sending the petition in today to make sure it's part of this discussion at both Waverley and Randwick Councils.
As many of you know there has been a lot of surfing going on this week in the south swell, at Bronte, Maccas and even after 5pm at Bondi. The authorities have been reasonable and there is a lot of goodwill around making exercise in the ocean available again.
I'll give them the link to the online petition too so if we crack 1000 on the weekend they'll know about it. Let's push really hard now! Let's do what we can, share the petition, get as many friends and family onboard. Now's the time!
