We, the majority of owners of the Wave Rider Resort located at 1600 S Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, have discovered in the event one owner owns multiple condominiums within our resort, that one owner's opinion/vote overshadows the opinion/vote of the other owner's making it impossible for a fair vote or true representation of most homeowners. We invite homeowners to consider what positive changes we can accomplish with a more balanced representation versus continually being subject to one person's decision (i.e. balanced board member elections, assessments, monthly dues, projects, etc).

By signing this petition, you are requesting an amendment in the bylaws where one owner gets just one vote regardless of how many condos they own within the resort. 

According to our Master Deed, Page 37 Section 9, owners can create a petition (writing instrument) requesting the Board of Directors / care of Tradd Management to hold a formal meeting where homeowners can vote on changing a bylaw. 

Assuming we achieve enough signatures and this matter is brought to an official vote, please be sure to attend said meeting or proxy your vote to someone who will vote according to your wishes.
