The new Wattpad update added a feature where everyone you follow’s message boards are shown in your feed. This creates hundreds of notifications for users, and hundreds of messages to sort through to find notifications for books in your library updating, comments on your books, votes, replies, etc. With this new feature, readers aren’t notified as to when authors update their books, resulting in little to no readers. The update was poorly thought out and is not user friendly, and I’m hoping we can bring this to Wattpad’s attention and reverse the update!
