Dear Waterway Cascadia neighbours,

We have come to realise that HDB is really serious about implementing season parking from this month onwards! Someone shared that the summon uncle came today (1 Sep), and while some of us are ready, others aren't.

The objective of this petition is to ask HDB to consider delaying the implementation, as some of our neighbours have yet to even collect their keys. A few are also asking why the other estates could have their parking fees kick in only after a year plus of everyone moving in.

We are not trying to break the law, nor cause a revolt. This is really just to ask HDB to reconsider their position... We are a good 10-15 minutes away from Waterway Point (not as many shoppers will park here hopefully?), and after all the renovation, really bo looi (no money) so some savings here will be very helpful!

P.S. Hopefully we will get to smile happily like that if HDB says yes
