A resident of Waterbury, Connecticut is leaving his pitbulls outside in small cages all day and night. He only takes them out to abuse them and train them to dog fight. He has put a tarp over the fence now to block people from the outside who were documenting photos and videos for proof of abuse. Neighbors and witnesses have taken pictures and called the Waterbury Police, however the Police only have so much pull over the issue. We must bring this to the dog wardens attention and demand that the dogs get the help that they need. Please sign the petition and bring these babies to safety. <3
