Mrs. Lauren F. Elias has recently been informed by the Waterbury Board Of Education that she is going to be transferred to another school. Mrs. Elias loves WAMS, and we all love her too. It would terrible to see her go. Anyone who has ever attended WAMS while she has been the principal knows how amazing she is as a principal. She’s supportive to all of the arts students, no matter what they do here. We know that she’s devastated that she has to leave.
