We all know that there is a severe water shortage for human beings in Bangalore, but has anyone thought about how this will impact the urban wildlife.

Birds, smaller animals, squirrels dogs and other voiceless animals/ insecta are finding it very, very hard to survive in the city because we do not have, water plants and other natural resources necessary to support them.

If you do not act now, we will find that many insects, birds and smaller mammals will not survive the summer and this can have repercussions which we cannot even dream of.

Let's start by keeping water bowls in every house, park and apartment..

Let's keep bird feeders in common areas. Let's plant saplings that give fruits in summer....

Let's involve the authorities to incorporate these small changes when designing public spaces like parks.
