Investigate Benson's for Beds
The Issue
Me and many other Benson's customers feel we are being wronged by Benson's. The mattresses they sell end up dipping within weeks if not months and Benson's tend to put the blame on the customer's shoulders by saying we should have rotated the mattress on a weekly basis, or claiming the bedstead the mattress was sitting on wasn't supporting the mattress correctly both of the above were said to me by FIRA the "Independent" technician's used by Benson's. After the technician saw my mattress they told me the mattress was dipping below it's tolerance and there was cause for concern however when the technician put his report into Benson's he claimed the mattress was performing as it should be. Luckily for me I recorded the conversation with the FIRA Technician. In spite of this Benson's refused me a refund saying I wasn't entitled to a refund as according to the technicians report my mattress was fine. My £700 mattress dipped after just 3 weeks. It turns out I'm just one in a minority. After searching the Internet I've found hundreds of other customers who have been complaining about Benson's and i think they should be investigated for their actions towards paying customers.
