The Residents of Loxahatchee and the Acreage are 100% against the new Garbage Collection Policy and Vegetation Collection Policy. These new policies are disproportionate to Residents living out here.

We live on 1.25 acres and more, with a land code of RA- Residential Agriculture. We do not live on zero lot lines, condos, townhomes, apartment buildings, HOAs, trailer parks, etc. Most of the resident properties cover 240ft of road frontage or more. Passing new ordinances without keeping in mind the people that will be affected is very problematic.

Garbage bin Requirement.
It is ridiculous for residents to throw away garbage bins that are the same quality as the new WM bins because it does not say WM on it. WM would not collect any bin that does not have WM on it. Even if it has SWM, they would not pick it up.

The New Vegetation Policy to collect 6 cubic yards does not work for Residents in this area. We have a lot of vegetation out here. If Residents put vegetation out, WM can take 6 cubic yards a week or take it all. Instead, WM is not taking any foliage if it's over 6 cubic yards.

We demand that the new Waste Management Policies passed in 2019 for the residents living in Loxahatchee, and the Acerage is rescinded. We are demanding that this issue be placed on the Board's agenda so that the Residents of this area can voice their opposition.
