Seattle Police; on February 21, 2016, shot and killed Mr. Che Taylor in Seattle, WA. To date, at least two different factually material stories have been told; one by the Department, one by civilian eyewitnesses. Only a neutral investigation; conducted by a neutral, uninvolved agency, will assure public confidence and a fair, full accounting of the circumstances of the death of Mr. Taylor. The Washington State Patrol and Washington Attorney General should conduct that investigation.
