As no response had been provided as of September 4, 2020, a follow up email was sent to the Board and Superintendent and is included below. Superintendent Woodson did finally respond that the Board President would be back in touch with me, however as of today there has been no follow up as indicated. The Board meeting agenda has been posted for the September 9, 2020 meeting as of today at the link below, however there is no Action, Approval, or Vote item listed pertaining to the reopening plan. The Board Review of the Reopening Plan is only listed as an Information Item. A link is also included for Public Comment as no in person attendance is allowable at Board meetings. We encourage everyone to submit their thoughts and requests to revisit and vote on the reopening plan and/or metrics. As of today this petition has reached 380 signatures. Please continue to share as it continually is being removed from some social media groups.

September 4, 2020 Follow-up Email
--------------------------
Dear School Board and Superintendent Woodson:
We are disappointed that we have yet to receive a response to our August 30, 2020 email regarding the request to revise the reopening plan. The initial draft reopening plan was revised upon feedback.
With over 335 signatures on this petition we demonstrate collective feedback to revise the reopening plan to match Marion County guidance. On behalf of the families that support this change, we request a vote during the September 9, 2020 board meeting that the reopening plan be revised to match the Marion County school guidance. We kindly request a response to this email prior to the school board meeting.
