Currently in Washington state, the people are subject to the dictator rule of Jay Inslee. Under the current law, he has total power over our state with no imput from our legislators, via the people of this state.  Under our laws he is the only one who can end the "state of emergency".

Many Republican legislators have sent formal requests to Inslee to call a special session. Many Republican legislators have written bills and amendments for the current law to limit his emergency powers. In order to call a special session Jay Inslee has to call it or the legislators have to get a 66% vote, or 2/3 of the vote. The democrat legislators refuse to call a special session. 

We, as the people, regardless of how you feel about the vaccine or masks, it should never be up to one person to make these health decisions for everyone without input from anyone. Please, share this petition, sign, and/or email the democrat legislators and Inslee's office.  This was NOT how government was meant to run. There should always be checks and balances when it comes to the power someone has.
