My dogs and birds were taken from me because of an eviction. The landlord gave me an extra week to be out but went back on his word and the Washington County Dog Warden took my animals and refuse to give them back. She's stating that I abandoned them which is not true I'm not nor have I ever been that kind of person. I'm the one who takes in animals when found and cares for them. I help people out with their animals. I love my babies and would never do anything to hurt them. She had no right to take them from the only home they knew and stick them in cages with strangers looking after them. And to top it all off at the time she took them the Humane Society of the Mid Ohio Valley was closed for dog adoptions due to an intestinal virus. My babies were healthy and happy. Everyone who knows me knows the truth about how I treat my animals. I'm asking for justice, for anyone out there who has been mistreated by someone with a badge or had their animals taken for no reason to stand up with me, And say this is enough. All I want is my babies returned to me.
