It’s best we change the name again. Washington Football Team for the last 2 years SAVED THE BRAND and finally got rid of the never ending and annoying controversy of the Redskins team name. Whether your a fan of this team or not, Washington Football Team was perfect for everyone.  Look, this is a proud franchise with a long history and we’d really be disappointed if Commanders was the future name of our beloved team. We were betrayed with this new name. We want something that is representative of the great history of this team that we can all agree with like DCFC or Washington Football Team, and if neither of those, RedHogs would’ve represented this team very well. We want our connection with the team to stay alive.
