In 2005 my Dad was murdered in a pub in Warwickshire because the only witnesses were 3 brothers and the jury couldn’t decide which one killed my father they all walked free. Now due to Joint Enterprise they could all be charged again and if the jury couldn’t decide they would all be punished for the crime they committed and be suitably punished.
