With the revelations of the#ourplasticfeedback movement the people of Warrington would like to know exactly how and where the contents of our recycling bins are processed. This petition is to demand that Warrington Borough Council produce a comprehensive report on the journey that our recyclable materials take from start to finish, including details of any and all materials that are exported for processing in other countries. We understand the financial pressures that our local government face, but that does not permit the sacrifice of the wider global environment to meet with budget constraints.
