Dear Chief District Judge Hoskins,

I come before you today with a heavy heart and a deep sense of concern for my best friend, Kaysey Yoder, who has been missing for six agonizing months. As we continue to search for answers and strive to uncover any clues that may lead to her whereabouts, I humbly request your approval of the warrant written by Weld County Sheriff Detective Brandon Stupka for law enforcement to access her phone records.

The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are troubling and obscure. Despite exhaustive efforts by law enforcement, family, and friends, we have been unable to locate any trace of her. It is my sincere belief that her phone records could hold pivotal information crucial to piecing together the puzzle of her disappearance.

Your Honor, the necessity of this request cannot be overstated. Phone records may contain vital details such as her last known locations, communications with individuals, and patterns of activity leading up to her disappearance. Such information could provide critical leads that may potentially lead to finding her safe and sound.

I understand and respect the importance of privacy rights, but in this instance, the compelling need to locate my best friend overrides any concerns about intrusion. Time is of the essence, and every passing day without answers brings greater anguish and uncertainty to her loved ones.

I assure you, Your Honor, that this request is made with the utmost respect for the legal process and with the sole intention of aiding the efforts to find my missing friend. 

In conclusion, Your Honor, I implore you to grant the warrant for the phone records of my best friend. This action represents a crucial step forward in our search efforts and may hold the key to bringing her back to safety and to the loving embrace of her family and friends.
