It is clear that the DCEU has struggled ever since Warner Bros. decided to make a Marvel-like shared universe. With the upcoming films, it is imperative that we as an audience have relatable and interesting characters who can be both emotional and funny. Particularly funny, because the DCEU films have been way too dark and not funny enough (after all, they are based on comic books). Thus, for the crucial upcoming film "The Batman," it is in the best interest for Warner Bros. to cast Hollywood legend Adam Sandler as the caped crusader. Obviously, he can be very funny, a trait much needed for future DC films; as he has shown in films like "Punch-Drunk Love," "Funny People," "Spanglish," and "The Meyerowitz Stories," however, Mr. Sandler can also do more serious roles and even does very good in them. Mr. Sandler would obviously be the best choice for Batman, and it is our duty to inform Warner Bros. of our commitment to seeing this actor bring the character to life on the screen.
