Pet flipping is the practice of getting a pet or animal under false pretences  (usually a cat or a dog) from its owner and then selling it via a service such as Craigslist or online social media pages like those on Facebook. Flippers make a profit by taking something they obtained for free/at no cost to them through ill-gotten means (under false pretenses)  and then selling the animal. Many "pet flippers" misrepresent their intentions and also the breed of the animal they are selling. The aim of this petition is to make pet flipping illegal in Ware County, GA.
