After 40 years, Wandsworth Borough Council have decided not to renew the lease for 5th Putney Sea Scouts HQ on Putney Towpath.  They intend to give the building, which is owned by the Scout Group (the land belongs to WBC), and give it to The Better Days Project.  There is no chance that the Scout Group will find another home by the river.  5th Putney Sea Scouts is a valuable asset to the youth of Putney and surrounding areas and is indeed the only Sea Scout Group in the area.  Please help us to save their HQ for the members and future generations of young people.  Thank You.
