Currently, the parking permits are allocated by zones, I would like to remove the zones and introduce a Universal parking permit within Waltham Forest Borough where all the members are allowed to park in any road in WF.

There are areas where permits are not yet put in place, so if the Council is worried that they will lose the income for it, they will instead implement a universal parking permit rather individual zones.
