Tell Project Coyote to HELP end this “Taxpayer Funded” Puppy “Extermination” Plan the Red Wolf Coalition, Co-Wrote!! The Adaptive “Killing” plan was “Prescribed” to these innocent “Batches” newly born denning pups.
