Hey everyone! Thank you so much for getting us over 500 signatures! With this update, I want to add a few ideas I've seen thrown around, and clarify something.

First of all, this isn't a petition to get Logan, Alexandra, and Jake as those gods for the whole show. It'd just be a cameo scene or two, as I believe all of those have been shown to be able to shape-shift in the books, and even if Hermes hasn't been(Poseidon and Athena DEFINTIELY have been), we know all the gods can. So if there's more than one scene, each one would just be a small scene that wouldn't interfere with any prior professional commitments and schedules they may have(barring any physical changes they may need for a project(To clarify: think Hencry Cavill in Justice League. They couldn't shave his moustache and beard for *that* scene because of contractual obligations to the Mission Impossible film). This way we can get some others actors in those roles as well, whch can even bring out possible lower-known/unknown talent.

Secondly, I've seen someone with better ideas than just Poseidon, Athena, and Hermes. These are the quotes from a converstion with Reddit User Sir_Jean_333;

Sir_Jean_333: "if you wanna keep the idea of the previous trio passing the torch their are other ways to do it, one that i would see fitting would be to keep that for BotL/season 4 and there have:

• Logan Lerman play Quintus (so having at the end, the previous Percy of the bad version acknowledge the new Percy as a hero)
• Alexandra Daddario play Kelli (so having at the end the useful Annabeth kill the one who was just uselessly standing there)
• Brandon T Jackson as a member of the council of The Cloven Elders (so the old Grover who refuses to acknowledge the new one as the hero he is)

Which would be 3 different and interesting ways of the old vs new confrontation"

Me: "You know, that's not a bad idea. I'm definitely gonna put that as an edit in the petition! But where would Jake Abel go though?"

Sir_Jean_333: "Yeah i don't see an as fitting role for Jake Abel (maybe one of the Telekhines who hands Kronos's scyte to Ethan ?)

But as for the actor who played Tyson (no idea about his name)[Looked it up, Douglas Smith] he could also fit in as The Sphinx, which Tyson fights to protect his friends despite the trauma of having been hurt by one in the past (How the writing of Tyson hurted his character in the past movies)"

Me: "That's interesting! And Maybe Jake could be Dionysus y'know? Screwed up in the past, and his punishment would be being at the camp babysitting the next generation of heroes(like how the writing was screwed up)"

Sir_Jean_333: "Why not, doesn't really make an as fitting link between his past and new character so still not completly convinced, also since the others would then be pretty much book 4 exclusive characters and mr D is more explored in book 3 it would be a bit weird"

Thirdly, the cast of the musical should be in it too! Imagine watching it and seeing them pop up!

Fourth, Reddit User Phantom-Hunterboi came up with the idea of Rick having a cameo as... The Empire State Building Doorman! I love this idea, and would be perfect!
