While there have not been any new Disney Afternoon DVD release in over a year, there is however very good news that the original DuckTales, Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin and Darkwing Duck releases have been re-released in new slim DVD cases. This is positive new as it means Disney Home Entertainment is still printing these titles, which means that there must be some success on their end with sales numbers, which should (hopefully) lead to new releases. Make sure you visit your local Wal-Mart, Best Buy or Target and pick some of these new slim set releases today! Even if you already have the cartoons, they make great gifts!
