Wanda Maximoff is a Romani Jewish character from Marvel comics; however, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe she is portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen, a white actress. In the past, Olsen used a racist slur and never apologized for it. The days of Hollywood whitewashing people of color should have ended years ago, but here we are. Olsen should not play Wanda and should be replaced with a Romani actress.
