Disney's 3D animated film "Gigantic" was cancelled in 2017 after already being well into production due to uncertain reasons. This cancellation was an extremely bitter pill to swallow because it looked like it was going to be a very different and fun spin on "Jack and the Beanstalk". In the age of streaming networks and with Disney Plus needing content, I believe it's the perfect time to resurrect Gigantic.

Streaming has made it possible for a lot of high quality content to be released without some of the costs and risks associated with theatrical releases. Disney knows this and they are searching for content - so why not finish what was already started with Gigantic. Make good on what was already invested into it.
