It has been 10 years since Walt Disney Animation Studios came out with a hand-drawn movie (Princess and the Frog 2009).  All of the more recent movies are CGI, with or without live action, which just don't capture the imagination and creativity of hand-drawn movies. With live action, it's harder to suspend disbelief and truly escape into these fantasy worlds. Hand drawn animation is a beautiful and unique form of storytelling that needs to be saved. We also need more movies from Disney based on fairy tales. Fairy tales teach morals which are important for impressionable children. And besides, we could all use a little Disney magic nowadays.
