Yes, this is silly! But how many times have you gone to Walmart to buy just a few small items and you can’t use one of the blue hand-baskets because there are none available. But, as you search the entry way for a hand-basket, you notice there is a hand-basket at nearly every register being used by cashiers to deposit items not purchased by the customers as they check out. The hand-baskets are being used by employees throughout the store for re-stocking, moving items from point A to B, and other non-customer events. So let’s send Walmart a message! PUT THE DANGED BLUE HAND-BASKETS WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN USE THEM!!

Of course we can use our hands if we need 1 or 2 items, but how many times have you had to use a full size grocery cart for a loaf of bread, a pound of butter, and a couple of apples? We do that too many times in my opinion.

 Let’s encourage Walmart to make the hand-baskets available for the intended purpose – the convenience of the customers!
