Walmart usually investigates the accused associate without having any physical evidence and proof that they even done anything even though Walmart can’t believe ether side Incase both sides are lying. If it was a court case the judge would want to see any physical evidence and proof on the accused before even they decide if they are guilty or innocent. If they don’t have any physical evidence and proof to give to the judge the judge will just close the case and nothing happens. The state of Wisconsin requires all employers to have physical evidence and proof and to document if employee was investigated and fired, but Walmart didn’t have any in my case on me and I was granted unemployment. The state of Wisconsin said in a letter to me saying that Walmart wasn’t allowed to fire me. And I’m sure there are many others who were fired and wrongfully red flag like I was over the years and this is why Walmart needs to over look to see if there was physical evidence and proof and removing red flags.
